Paxos receives ‘preliminary conditional approval’ for US bank statutes.

The U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has today granted the stablecoin company and PayPal partner Paxos federal statute to form a national trust bank, only the third statute of its kind that the OCC has awarded crypto-native companies.
