Democratic Senator Jon Tester to vote against Supreme Court nominee Gorsuch

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Democratic Senator Jon Tester said on Sunday he would vote against Justice Neil Gorsuch, President Donald Trump‘s candidate to fill a vacancy on the United States Supreme Court.

The Montana lawmaker said in a statement that Gorsuch was “a smart man,” but added: “That does not make him suitable for a lifetime office on the US Supreme Court.”
