On December 31, Cohen & Steers (NYSE 🙂 Inc. purchased 11 million shares of CyrusOne Inc (NASDAQ 🙂 for $ 833 million at an average price of $ 73.15 per share. CyrusOne Inc shares are up 2.54% since the transaction. Cohen & Steers Inc.’s stake in CyrusOne Inc increased to approximately 20 million shares with the purchase. Cohen & Steers Inc. first purchased shares of CyrusOne Inc in the second quarter of 2014. Cohen & Steers Inc. also owns Crown Castle International (NYSE :), American Tower Corp (NYSE :), SBA Communications Corporation (NASDAQ). 🙂 and Verizon (NEW YORK STOCK EXCHANGE :). CyrusOne Inc is its number two position by number of shares and market value among phone stocks. Other investors who also increased their shares of CyrusOne Inc include the California State Teachers Retirement System, Citigroup (NYSE 🙂 and Millennium Management. In contrast, Bahl & Gaynor, Fisher Asset Management and Fort Washington Investment Advisors reduced CONE shares, while Thornburg Investment Management and Westfield Capital Management sold all of their CONE shares.
